Although there are an abundance of wellness materials available online, the majority of people – myself, included – need a support system to guide them in making lasting lifestyle and dietary changes.

Without a strategic plan, tools to keep you accountable, or someone to assist you in realizing your potential and intrinsic motivators for change; it may indeed be very difficult to get to where you want to be. Through my personalized, one-on-one health coaching program, I support, educate and empower you to achieve sustainable, long-term behavioral transformation. We target your unique wellness goals, one by one, allowing you to flourish in more than one area of your life. As your foremost ally and wellness advocate, I work closely with you to bring your personal and health goals to fruition.

My sessions are client-directed, meaning you set your goals, and I help you to work towards them without enforcing an agenda of my own. Since habits aren’t broken or created overnight, we work together over a period of a minimum of 4 weeks; giving you enough one-on-one attention and accountability to facilitate the process of adopting actions that can turn into lasting habits.

While group programs can certainly work for individuals with similar goals, this is not a cookie cutter program. We all face unique challenges, and can thus benefit from, a personalized approach. I believe in a positive coaching style, working with your strengths to reframe negative patterns of thinking into positive ones, enabling you to realize your full potential. For those with significant health challenges, I work alongside your healthcare practitioner as you move through your health transformation. Using positive coaching techniques, specialized coaching tools and educational resources to help you succeed along the way, my mission is to help you lead your best life possible.
